Analyze and debate controversial legal issues affecting business internationally: extraterritoriality, corporate governance, comparative criminal procedure
Become familiar with the major legal traditions in the world (civil, for example France) and common law (England & US) and compare how their respective methods and "culture" structure international business
Demonstrate ability to interact effectively in teams to permit debate in an attempt to persuade or influence colleagues
Obtain a sufficient knowledge of key aspects of international contracts to permit the student to effectively participate in contract negotiations
